(i) NASI LEMAK🍚🍚

👉 𝗕𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻-𝗯𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻:
2 cawan beras
1½ cawan santan
1½ cawan air
2 ulas bawang merah (hiris)
1 inci halia (hiris)
2 helai daun pandan (simpul)
1 sudu kecil garam

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮-𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗮: 📝
1. Cuci beras sehingga bersih.
2. Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam periuk iGOZO.
3. Kacau sebati semua bahan sehingga sekata.
4. Masak seperti biasa di atas dapur gas.

(ii) RESIPI SAMBAL BILIS 🐟🐟

👉 𝗕𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻-𝗯𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻:
1 mangkuk ikan bilis(cuci, toskan & goreng separuh garing)
*30-35 tangkai cili kering(potong & rebus)
*1 labu bawang besar
*4 ulas bawang putih
*sedikit belacan
1 sudu besar gula putih
1 sudu besar gula merah
2 keping asam keping
1 sudu kecil garam

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮-𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗮: 📝
1. Kisar halus bahan bertanda *
2. Tumis bahan kisar hingga garing di dalam periuk iGOZO.
3. Masukkan gula putih,gula merah dan garam.
4. Masukkan asam keping.
5. Masukkan ikan bilis & masukkan bawang besar yang dihiris bulat

(iii) RESIPI AYAM GORENG PANDAN🍗🍗

👉 𝗕𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻-𝗯𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻:
600g isi ayam - bahagian dada
3 ulas bawang putih di tumbuk
1 sudu teh serbuk ketumbar
1/2 sudu teh serbuk lada sulah
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu besar minyak
1 sudu teh gula
1 sudu besar tepung gandum
1 sudu besar kicap cair
Daun pandan
Minyak untuk menggoreng

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮-𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗮: 📝
1. Bersihkan ayam, buang kulit dan potong kiub besar.
2. Satukan bahan-bahan lain dan perapkan bersama isi ayam selama 3 jam atau semalaman.
3. Bila siap untuk digoreng, balut ayam dengan daun pandan dan klipkan dengan pencungkil gigi untuk melekatkan daun pandan tersebut.
4. Goreng ayam yang siap dibalut dalam 7 minit atau sehingga masak di dalam periuk iGOZO.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐞

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐤:

• When you cook, the food in the wok will tend to bond to the surface of the wok, causing it to stick.

• Avoid this by creating a non-stick layer on the wok surface. This method is called seasoning the wok. What is required is oil and high heat.

• After applying some oil on the wok’s surface, heat the wok until the oil starts to smoke. At this point, the oil molecules will begin to bond to each other, forming a thin layer of a mega-complex called a polymer. The polymer layer is also more effectively formed by oil with high content of unsaturated fatty acid. This process is called polymerization. This thin layer is tough, impermeable which separates the food from the wok and preventing it from sticking. It is also non-stick because it is hydrophobic, which means it expels water.

• However, this layer tends to detach from the wok. Therefore, you must heat the wok to lay down this polymer onto the wok surface. This reaction can happen only when it is sufficiently hot, above the oil’s smoking point. Hot oil is less viscous and will fill up the wok’s spores and crevices and molecularly bond to the iron. Once this happened, the non-stick layer will firmly integrate with the wok.
