iGOZO Product Warranty

FANTASTIQ LIVING SDN BHD warrants this iGOZO brand products to be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship inclusive of parts and accessories (cover, glass, handle and knob) under normal use and service as stated in leaflet and box of the product, for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The exception on warranty period of 1 year shall apply to all kitchen utensil, thermal ware, food container and food processor.ย 

This warranty is not valid and null unless the Customer provides this warranty duly completed to our company within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product with a proof of purchase invoice image (receipt or order confirmation e-mail) that clearly dated and detailed for registration. Alternatively, Customer may register the warranty online at https://www.igozo.biz/.ย 

The product must be adequately packaged and returned by delivery (or an equivalent method of postage), to Fantastiq Living Sdn.Bhd at No.25, Jalan Uranus AJ U5/AJ, Seksyen U5, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.(Postage is the responsibility of the customer).

This limited warranty is effective for iGOZO products purchased within Malaysia only.

  1. If iGOZO receives notice of a manufacturing defect or a defect of the iGOZO Products arising from normal usage during the Warranty Period and a valid claim arises, iGOZO has the following options:
    1. Repair the product at the cost of iGOZO, using part or parts which are new or equivalent to new in performance or reliability. Company has the right to impose additional charges on the repairs and parts used for the product if it is over the warranty period.
    2. Exchange the product with a new product. The product for which the exchange is provided shall become the property of iGOZO.
  2. This warranty is only limited to repairing / or replacing defective products only, otherwise, the company reserve the right to impose additional charges for customers who failed to present the warranty.
  3. The warranty for the product does not cover any of the following cases:
    1. Do not present the proof of purchase invoice document, which must show the name, place and date of purchase, seller address, product model and order ID.
    2. Product purchased from non-authorized / qualified sellers.
    3. Cosmetic damage including dents, cracks, scratches, stains & etc.
    4. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, abuse, negligence or mismanagement in accordance with the manual user guide sheets or instructions given by iGOZO.
    5. Damage caused by high heat, chemical reaction, corrosion, or rusting due to spillage of foods / liquids or exposure to extreme moisture, thermal or environmental conditions.
    6. Damage caused by improper testing, operation, demonstration, maintenance, modification of any kind.
    7. Nonstick coating discoloration/or improper use of non-stick pans including damage due to metal/sharp utensils, andย caused by the use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach and other similar products.
    8. Breakage of glassware or plate ware.
    9. Commercial, professional, or workplace use.
    10. Damage caused by service or repairs performed by any party who is not a representative of iGOZO.ย 
    11. Damage caused by household pests, vermin or infestation of insects
    12. Damage caused by disasters such as fires, floods, lighting, winds, earthquakes.

No Defect Found

Products found to not be defective in material or workmanship will be returned directly to you with a letter stating why.
