Return & Refund Policy

When can an item be returned or replaced?

Once Purchased, All good are not to be refunded, returned, transferred or exchanged except under the following reasons:

  1. Damaged – Product is already damaged when you received it
  2. Wrong Item Delivered – Product received differs from what is indicated in your receipt/purchase order.

When a return/replacement request will be rejected?

Returns/replacement/refunds/exchange under the following circumstances will NOT be accepted

  1. Request for return is made/lodge after Two (2) days of receiving the product.
  2. The Products are used or is not in its original condition;
  3. The Products are returned without its original packaging, accessories, parts or free gifts/free promotional items associated with the purchase and warranty cards (if any);
  4. Product is damaged after use/opening;
  5. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning or misuse of the product;
  6. Any consumable item which has been used or installed;
  7. Product with tampered or missing serial number (if any);
  8. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty;
  9. Warranty card does not allow for any exchanges or returns.

 

How to return or request for replacement?

For Items that are damaged or wrong delivery, the following steps are required:

  1. To lodge a request for product return by contacting us at our customer service care line 012-705 7299 via Whatsapp or email us at info@igozo.biz within 2 working days upon receiving item. Proof of purchase/receipt and pictures of the relevant item must be included.
  2. If necessary, we will request for the item to be returned to us and the item must reach us within 10 days upon request at :

25, Jalan Uranus AJ U5/AJ, seksyen U5, 40150 Shah Alam.

  1. All returned items must be in its original form which includes receipt/proof of purchase, packaging/boxes, Manuals, Accessories, parts and all free gifts that were part of the purchase.

Refund/Replacement:

In case the returned product is eligible for a replacement, we will send the replacement product to the same address provided by you, subject to the availability of the stock of the Products. In case of a replacement is not possible, we will make a refund. Please be advise, it may take up to twenty (20) working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit card statement or internet banking account.

 

Return Delivery cost:

An examination and investigation will be carried out when we receive the returned item. We will only compensate your return delivery cost if it is ascertain that the cause of damage or error is on our part and provided you can furnish the delivery/courier receipt.

We reserve the right to revise, change, modify, amend, delete or remove, partly or wholly this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior written notice. By continuing placing orders and making purchases of the Products, it will be deemed as an irrevocable acceptance by you of such revisions, changes, modifications, amendments, deletion or removal.
