Once Purchased, All good are not to be refunded, returned, transferred or exchanged except under the following reasons:

How to return or request for replacement?
For Items that are damaged or wrong delivery, the following steps are required:

In case the returned product is eligible for a replacement, we will send the replacement product to the same address provided by you, subject to the availability of the stock of the Products. In case of a replacement is not possible, we will make a refund. Please be advise, it may take up to twenty (20) working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit card statement or internet banking account.
Return Delivery cost:
An examination and investigation will be carried out when we receive the returned item. We will only compensate your return delivery cost if it is ascertain that the cause of damage or error is on our part and provided you can furnish the delivery/courier receipt.
We reserve the right to revise, change, modify, amend, delete or remove, partly or wholly this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior written notice.
